Psychobuildings – s/t 12” EP (All Hands Electric)

Synth-led postpunk/wavo ensemble led by Peter Schuette, late of Silk Flowers. Psychobuildings plays it a lot more awake and active sounding than that group, pushing in a danceable direction somewhere between early DFA 12”s and a frilly/cold new wave decadence that too often takes the back seat to bass grooves and disco moves.
